Delivery Information

Every Tobe Asikoko piece is made with intention — crafted to order and finished by hand. Because of this, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

Important Notes

• All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
• For bespoke and made-to-measure orders, delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of consultation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bespoke and made-to-measure garments unless the item is faulty or significantly different from what was agreed.

Ready-to-Wear Items

For ready-to-wear pieces from our collections, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are non-refundable. However, if there is a fault in craftsmanship or the garment does not match the agreed specification, we will work with you to resolve this at no additional cost.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the fault. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@tobeasikoko.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
